Jim or JJ, as he was affectionly known, was a person of strong moral character. He was witty, funny, fair, honest, friendly, and never met a stranger. I knew JJ from TVA where we both worked. Our loss is Heaven's gain. Posted by: William w. Murphy - Clinton, TN - Co-worker and friend Dec 29, 2012

To the family of JJ, I'm very sorry for your lose. I know he will be missed terribly. He was a good friend and fellow worker at TVA who knew everybody and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He loved the horses and so did I. I'll miss him.  Posted by: Frank Brown - Knoxville, TN - Friend Dec 28, 2012
